With over 25 years of leadership experience, Cecil Bailey specializes in strategic planning, disaster management, and leadership development. A graduate of the University of the West Indies, he holds a BSc. in Geology and an MBA with distinction in International Business Management. His career spans senior roles in public service, including Deputy Director General at the Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management and Deputy CEO for Corporate Services at Jamaica’s Passport, Immigration, and Citizenship Agency.
Now a consultant, Courtney helps organizations build resilience, develop leaders, and drive strategic growth. His passion for mentorship extends beyond business—he is an elder at Restoration Family Church, where he has served for over 34 years. A devoted husband and father, he is committed to helping individuals and organizations lead with integrity, vision, and purpose.
Opal Bailey
Leadership & Career Development Strategist
With decades of leadership experience, Opal Bailey is a dynamic champion for career growth, leadership excellence, and purpose-driven success. As an advocate for vulnerable groups in society and Manager at Mustard Seed Communities, Jamaica, she has been instrumental in shaping local policies for persons with disabilities and driving impactful change. With a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and two published papers, Opal combines academic expertise with real-world leadership to guide individuals and organizations toward meaningful growth.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Opal is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation, helping them navigate career transitions with clarity and confidence. She believes that success is rooted in purpose and faith, drawing inspiration from Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” A dedicated wife to C. Courtney Bailey, mother, and creative at heart, she brings warmth, wisdom, and unwavering dedication to every coaching session, empowering others to unlock their full potential.
